Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Engineer We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that transform operational workflows across our European business. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and translate these into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role. The successful candidate will develop end-to-end applications and services, including AI orchestration, workflow logic, integrations, monitoring, and quality controls. The role will also help establish reusable AI engineering capabilities that can be applied across multiple functions and European markets. Key Requirements - Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that support business transformation initiatives. - 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, AI application engineering, or a closely related discipline. - Strong hands-on software development experience, ideally using Python and modern development frameworks. - Experience building and deploying AI or Generative AI applications. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities. - Experience delivering secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
