Expert Program Manager - Payment Integrity

The Expert Program Manager is a strategic, cross-functional leader within the Payment Integrity organization who partners closely with leadership and multiple business teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans and drive successful execution of key initiatives. This role is responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex programs spanning data, analytics, technology, operational improvement, and emerging AI capabilities. The individual will facilitate planning, coordinate execution across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
