Director, PACS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, PACS based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) to lead enterprise imaging technology across a large, nationwide outpatient imaging network of approximately 180 centers. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the strategy, governance, performance, and evolution of critical imaging platforms, including PACS, Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), and enterprise imaging solutions. You will drive large-scale technology transformations, strengthen system reliability and security, and optimize clinical workflows to support exceptional patient care. Working closely with executive leadership, physicians, clinical teams, and technology partners, you will align imaging investments with long-term organizational objectives. You will also champion innovation through automation, artificial intelligence, and next-generation imaging technologies.
