Interim Performance Marketing Manager - 3 month contract

The Role We need a commercially driven performance marketer for three months to manage and improve customer acquisition across the UK and Germany while we hire a permanent Performance Marketing Manager. You will manage our performance marketing agency and own delivery of our paid acquisition plan, using customer and commercial data to recommend where to invest, test and optimise. We are also open to a fractional role for the right candidate. What You'll Do - Manage our performance marketing agency and other acquisition partners, challenging recommendations where needed. - Oversee day-to-day performance and optimisation of paid acquisition across the UK and Germany. - Lead the restructure of paid search around parent needs and intent (sizing, outgrown bikes, exchange) rather than subscription terms. - Recommend how acquisition budget is allocated across markets, channels and campaigns. - Own reporting on CAC, conversion, ROAS, payback and customer value, working with Finance and Data. - Set up a simple test-and-learn roadmap across channels, audiences, propositions, creative and landing pages. - Focus on acquiring high-quality, sustainable customers, not just volume. What success looks like at three months - Acquisition delivered to plan in the UK and Germany. - Clear acquisition KPIs and reporting in place. - Paid search restructure under way, with an accountable relationship with the agency. - A documented test roadmap and handover for the permanent hire. About You You'll be an experienced performance marketer who combines channel knowledge with strong commercial and analytical judgement. - Experience in performance marketing or growth within a consumer business or agency. - Experience managing agencies and a multi-channel market. - Strong analytical and commercial judgement, able to turn data into clear actions. - Able to land quickly and work well with Marketing, Data, Finance and Commercial colleagues. - German market experience is a plus. - Available immediately!
