Sales Manager, Mid-Market

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to build and develop a high-performing mid-market sales team within a fast-growing technology environment. You will lead approximately 10 senior Account Executives, helping them consistently exceed targets through strategic coaching, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined execution. The role focuses on an outbound-led sales model, with an emphasis on building high-quality pipelines through executive networks, partnerships, events, and market intelligence. You will shape sales strategy, strengthen forecasting practices, and establish scalable processes that drive predictable revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence commercial strategy, improve the customer journey, and contribute to the evolution of sales practices.
