The role combines Apache Iceberg table management, pipeline orchestration, performance optimization, and scalable ELT practices, working closely with domain teams to improve the reliability and efficiency of data workflows. 📍 Work model: Fully remote Skills 🎯 Data Engineering, particularly within AWS cloud environments; 🎯 Lakehouse architectures and Apache Iceberg table operations; 🎯 Data ingestion, transformation, and ELT pipelines; 🎯 Pipeline orchestration and data processing workflows; 🎯 Performance tuning, including table optimization, compaction, and data retention processes; 🎯 Familiarity with Release Management, SDLC processes, and technical deliverables; 🎯 Ability to troubleshoot data pipelines and support scalable data engineering practices.
