Principal, AI Transformation Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal, AI Transformation Lead based in the United States. This is a senior, client-facing role at the intersection of AI transformation, consulting, sales, and change management. You will help executive leaders determine where AI can create meaningful business value and turn those opportunities into measurable results. The role combines business development with hands-on delivery, meaning you will both win transformation engagements and lead them through execution. You will build your own pipeline while leveraging established enterprise relationships and collaborating closely with sales teams. Through executive briefings, workshops, prototypes, and change programs, you will help organizations integrate AI into how their people work. You will also guide technical partners on larger implementations while remaining fluent enough in AI tools to prototype solutions and assess technical approaches.
