The role covers fiat and crypto books side by side, mainly for bitcoin miners and operators building data center and HPC capacity. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Support monthly close, with fiat and crypto handled together - Reconcile traditional and digital asset holdings across QuickBooks, SUMM, and client systems - Work directly with clients rather than several layers removed from them - Handle accounting for bitcoin miners and data center / HPC operators, including unsettled questions - Prepare records for income, expenses, and capital gains and losses - Reconcile wallet balances, holdings, and trading activity 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - A couple of years of accounting experience - Preference for knowing one industry well rather than many halfway - Curiosity and follow-through - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Foundational accounting and financial reporting knowledge - Comfort with incomplete source data and fast-moving clients 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Crypto experience, which the firm says it can teach - Personal crypto use and a CPA designation - QuickBooks Online and crypto tax software such as CryptoTaxCalculator - Outsourced accounting or vendor coordination experience 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses - Employee stock option plan - Health, dental, and retirement plans - Unlimited PTO 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - Fully remote, United States - Headquarters listed as Miami, Florida - Travel once a year 📩 To apply: Apply via the form: https://www.thenetworkfirm.com/job-application.
