Backend Software Engineer

Our purpose is “Love what you do.” WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE? - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems for both inbound and outbound data streams. - Monitor the health and reliability of integration services and resolve operational issues when needed. - Participate in the design and implementation of new features and services. - Collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders across international teams. - Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code following engineering best practices. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's development processes. - Help build scalable and resilient backend services that support our growing platform. - Contribute to continuous improvements in automation, deployment and system reliability. WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED? - 4+ years of experience in Back-end Software Development. - Strong programming experience in Python and/or PHP. - Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews and automated testing. - Curiosity and willingness to continuously expand your technical knowledge. - Strong work ethic, self-discipline and a collaborative mindset. - Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with AI-assisted software development is considered a plus. - Good communication skills in English.
