Operations Lead, Coaching

The Operations Lead, Coaching will build and scale the systems that enable a growing coaching team to deliver a consistent, high-quality learner experience. This role combines operational strategy, process improvement, data management, and team enablement in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You will oversee coach recruitment support, onboarding, tools, resources, and operational workflows while ensuring coaches can focus on helping learners succeed. By identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions, you will improve efficiency, reduce friction, and prepare operations for significant team growth. Working closely with program, client success, product, and engineering teams, you will turn feedback and data into practical improvements.
