Seeking Experienced .NET Developer Sr for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico. We are looking for a Senior C# / .NET Developer to join us on a long-term project. This role is focused on leading high-complexity development and architectural efforts across enterprise-level systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-complexity enterprise applications. - Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs. - Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed. - Drive performance, security, and maintainability standards across the development lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Requirements - 6+ years of experience in C# and .NET development. - Strong experience with cloud services, microservices architecture, and system design. - Proven experience leading technical efforts and design decisions. - Bachelor’s degree or higher - Fluent in English (Advanced) B2 - C2 - Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership abilities.
