Referment is working with a global digital communications compliance company serving financial services organizations. Its AI-powered platform captures and analyzes communications across email, chat, mobile, trade and video channels, helping compliance teams detect risk and maintain audit-ready records, with both cloud and on-premises deployments. As an Integration Engineer, you will be the implementation expert for the company's SaaS and on-premises product. You will work closely with development groups and directly with customers' IT departments to ensure the availability, security and reliability of cloud deployments, and troubleshoot issues in production SaaS environments. The Role - Own the implementation, integration, configuration and maintenance of the platform. - Understand deployment patterns and all configurations that support them. - Take implementations from deployment handover stage through to go-live readiness. - Configure the application to meet customer-specific requirements. - Execute integrations between the platform and external data sources. - Create and demonstrate technical documents. What We're Looking For - Hands-on experience implementing or integrating enterprise SaaS or on-premises software. - Comfort working directly with customer IT departments and internal development teams. - A strong understanding of deployment patterns and configuration management. - The ability to produce clear technical documentation and demonstrations.
