Finance Systems Lead

As Finance Systems Lead, you will own and evolve the technology infrastructure powering financial operations across a rapidly scaling, international AI business. You will oversee the finance systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment, ensuring reliable integrations, robust controls, and efficient workflows. Your mission is to transform month-end close into an exception-driven process where automation handles routine tasks and finance teams focus on meaningful analysis. You will lead system architecture, implementations, entity setup, and integration development while collaborating with Finance, Data, and Automation teams. You will also help prepare financial systems for public-company requirements and support new pricing models and international expansion.
