This role leads critical client funds accounting activities across a large payroll and HR technology environment. You’ll oversee financial controls, reconciliation processes, cash monitoring, and risk mitigation across the client portfolio. The position combines people leadership with hands-on financial analysis and operational problem-solving. You’ll partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Banking, Finance, Product, and other teams to support business initiatives and improve processes. Your work will help identify potential losses, resolve complex accounting issues, strengthen internal controls, and protect client funds.
