Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media & Community (Ethique Beauty) - Contract based in the United States. The Senior Manager, Social Media & Community will shape and strengthen a growing beauty brand’s presence across social media, creator partnerships, and online communities. This hands-on role combines social media strategy, content planning, influencer engagement, and community building to increase brand awareness and deepen customer relationships. You will identify emerging creators, develop authentic partnerships, and explore collaborations and activations that connect with audiences interested in beauty and sustainability. Working within a small, agile team, you will move seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. You will also help the brand participate meaningfully in existing online conversations, prioritizing genuine engagement over traditional sales-driven messaging.
