As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions within an international insurtech environment. You will help modernize and automate motor claims management processes, working with insurers, vehicle manufacturers, and fleet operators to deliver efficient, integrated digital solutions. From facilitating discovery workshops and defining business requirements to supporting implementation and final acceptance, you will own the requirements lifecycle end to end. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, and international development teams to transform complex needs into clear, actionable specifications. Your expertise in process modeling, requirements engineering, and agile delivery will help ensure that solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
