Locums Experience Manager (Temp)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Locums Experience Manager (Temp) based in United States. This is a fully remote, approximately six-month opportunity focused on delivering an exceptional experience for locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers. You will serve as a trusted point of contact throughout assignments, helping providers navigate complex operational and service-related challenges. The role combines high-touch relationship management with critical thinking, sound judgment, and proactive problem solving. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Account Management, Billing, Payroll, Travel, Legal, Credentialing, and other teams to resolve issues efficiently. Success requires balancing provider needs with operational requirements, policies, client commitments, and potential business or compliance risks. You’ll also have an opportunity to identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements that strengthen processes and the overall provider experience. This role is ideal for an experienced service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and solutions-oriented environment.
