Senior Associate Director, Marketing

The Senior Associate Director, Marketing will help shape and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across a mission-driven organization. This role translates strategic priorities into integrated campaigns and communications that engage audiences and strengthen brand impact. You will work across multiple initiatives, timelines, and teams, providing experienced marketing guidance and ensuring effective execution. The position has significant responsibility for brand strategy, paid media, agency management, and major awareness and engagement campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, field stakeholders, volunteers, and external partners to create consistent and compelling experiences across channels. Your expertise will help optimize campaign performance, strengthen brand consistency, and connect marketing activities to broader organizational priorities.
