Director, Enterprise Data Management

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a scalable, trusted, and business-driven enterprise data ecosystem. You will shape data strategy, governance, master data management, analytics, and reporting across a complex organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of data platforms, standards, processes, and teams. You will establish a single, reliable view of customers, products, contracts, and business performance to enable better decision-making. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Security, Legal, and Technology teams, you will drive enterprise-wide alignment. You will lead multidisciplinary data professionals while modernizing data infrastructure, improving quality, and strengthening governance.
