Lead Learning Experience Designer (30 hours/week)

As a Lead Learning Experience Designer, you will shape engaging, practical, and outcome-driven learning programs that help professionals build the skills needed in a rapidly evolving workplace. You will lead the end-to-end design and development of learning experiences for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences, covering areas such as AI, digital transformation, leadership, and workplace productivity. Working closely with clients, subject matter experts, instructors, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex concepts into accessible, hands-on learning solutions. You will also explore emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to create relevant activities, simulations, assessments, and real-world applications. Beyond individual programs, you will help build scalable learning products and reusable instructional resources.
