Head of Organic Growth, Kraken Pro

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Organic Growth, Kraken Pro based in Mexico. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on growth leader to accelerate organic acquisition and turn high-intent audiences into active traders within a global digital asset platform. In this role, you will own the organic growth strategy across SEO, content, social media, community, referrals, and partnerships. You will combine data-driven decision-making, product thinking, and a strong understanding of user experience to optimize the entire journey from discovery to first trade. As a player-coach, you will lead a lean team while remaining directly involved in experimentation, execution, and performance optimization. Working closely with Product, Design, Legal, and Communications, you will strengthen brand trust while identifying scalable acquisition opportunities.
