About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join Sia’s dynamic Data Science team. In this role, you will lead internal teams in the development of cutting-edge AI products, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on client projects to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in making architectural and design decisions for cloud environments, building production-level machine learning and AI solutions with robust software engineering practices, and guiding data scientists in scaling their models into operational systems. You will also be responsible for sharing knowledge through training sessions, leading internal meetings, organizing external events, and representing your work through blog articles, conference presentations, and press releases.
