Description

Role Description This full-time remote Dental Sales Engineer role is responsible for promoting and selling CONTEC Europe’s dental products and solutions to clinics, distributors, and partners across the assigned territory. The individual will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, technical consultations, and closing opportunities while maintaining long-term customer relationships. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, responding to technical and commercial inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. The role also involves providing product training to customers, gathering market and competitor insights, and supporting marketing initiatives such as webinars, trade shows, and digital campaigns. The Dental Sales Engineer is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent CONTEC Europe in a professional and consultative manner. Qualifications - Proven experience in dental, medical, or healthcare equipment sales, with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions. - Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn the specifications, features, and applications of dental equipment and related technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with dental professionals, procurement teams, and distributors. - Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including experience working remotely, managing a sales pipeline, and using CRM tools. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust, provide post-sales support, and maintain long-term business relationships. - Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback, and to support strategic sales planning. - Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including video conferencing, online product demonstrations, and basic office software. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales. - Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region for client visits, events, and internal meetings. - Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
