Cloud Specialist

The Role • Architect and deliver transformative cloud solutions for a leading global travel platform, redefining customer experience at scale. • Serve as the technical bridge between sales and delivery teams, translating complex business challenges into innovative, scalable cloud solutions. • Own the technical narrative from discovery through solution design and delivery, ensuring measurable business impact. • Design solutions handling millions of customer interactions globally, leveraging cloud services, AI/ML, and real-time data processing. • Partner directly with customer engineering and product leaders to drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives. • Work across a broad range of cloud technologies, including serverless, containerization, data analytics, and AI. What You'll Need • 7+ years of IT platform implementation experience in a technical and analytical role. • 7+ years of experience in technical specialization, design, and architecture. • 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience. • A Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent professional or military experience. • Experience in external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management. • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
