Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineering Lead

Our partner is looking for a Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineering Lead based in the United States. This is a senior player-coach opportunity leading DevSecOps and platform engineering for a major federal modernization program. You’ll shape the engineering system behind a 24/7 platform spanning legacy and modern cloud-based technologies. The role combines hands-on architecture, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, security engineering, observability, and production reliability. You’ll have meaningful ownership over how software moves from development to production while operating within federal security and compliance requirements. A major focus is building AI-enabled engineering workflows that reduce manual effort and improve developer productivity and system reliability. You’ll also lead, mentor, and grow engineers while working directly with federal stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
