IVR Techlead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IVR Techlead based in India. This role leads an offshore engineering team delivering a major transformation across IVR, conversational AI, and full-stack technology. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to modernize legacy systems and integrate enterprise APIs with cloud-based conversational platforms. The position spans API integration, backend engineering, prompt engineering, chatbot and voice experiences, and cloud services. You will coordinate closely with architects, platform teams, AI developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery. A key focus will be connecting legacy services with modern REST APIs and conversational AI ecosystems while maintaining reliability and scalability. The role is ideal for a technical leader with proven experience driving complex technology transformations, particularly within telecommunications and conversational AI environments.
