The firm has traded its own capital since 2017 across 2,000+ pairs, running millions of trades per day on globally deployed infrastructure. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Design and implement new exchange and market connectivity - Develop and maintain high-load, low-latency C++ applications - Identify bottlenecks and reduce system latency - Improve performance, stability, and reliability of trading infrastructure - Troubleshoot production issues and work with trading, Python, and operations teams - Contribute to architecture as the platform scales 🔑 Requirements: - 3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally 4+ - Strong commercial experience with modern C++ - Experience with high-load and/or low-latency systems - Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns - Networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets - Strong debugging, profiling, ownership, and problem-solving skills 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Crypto, markets, HFT, or electronic trading experience - FIX or exchange connectivity protocols - Distributed systems; AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, or Prometheus - Working knowledge of Python 💡 Perks: - High-frequency crypto infrastructure processing millions of trades daily - Significant ownership in a small, flat technical team - Option to relocate to and work from Dubai 📩 To apply: Apply: https://blockchainheadhunter.com/jobs/Middle-C-enngineer-Low-Latency-Trading.
