Lead Compensation Analyst

This is a high-ownership compensation role supporting global programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage day-to-day compensation operations while helping strengthen the systems, processes, and data that underpin pay decisions. The role combines compensation analytics, market benchmarking, cycle administration, job architecture, and pay transparency. You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Finance to deliver accurate and consistent compensation programs. Your analysis will directly inform salary structures, incentive targets, equity guidelines, and broader workforce decisions.
