The role covers design, development, testing, and deployment across EVM-compatible networks, with backend, frontend, and product teams. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Design and develop smart contracts in Solidity - Build and maintain EVM-compatible smart contract systems - Develop contracts for tokens, marketplaces, staking, rewards, or other Web3 applications - Write comprehensive tests and ensure contract security - Deploy and manage contracts across different networks - Review existing contracts for security or performance issues - Work with backend and frontend engineers on on-chain integration - Participate in architecture and technical decisions 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Strong Solidity and EVM experience - Proven mainnet or testnet deployment experience - Strong understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 and common DeFi/Web3 patterns - Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar frameworks - Good understanding of smart contract security and gas optimization - Familiarity with ethers.js or viem - Experience integrating contracts with backend and frontend applications - Ability to write clean, well-tested, production-ready code - Good English communication skills 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Experience with DeFi, gaming, marketplaces, or other Web3 products - Experience with smart contract audits or security reviews - Experience with multiple EVM networks - Open-source Web3 contributions 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - Remote / on-site options are available.
