Senior Stock Plan Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator based in United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the day-to-day administration and continued evolution of a global equity compensation program within a fast-growing, remote-first technology environment. You’ll oversee stock options and RSUs while helping prepare the organization for future programs such as an ESPP. The role combines hands-on administration with process design, compliance, employee education, and strategic program development. You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, executives, board members, vendors, and international stakeholders. As the business expands through acquisitions and international growth, you’ll help build scalable infrastructure and controls that can support increasing complexity. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by improving systems through automation and technology. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to elevate the equity function rather than simply maintain existing processes.
