ABOUT THE ROLE Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a seed-stage B2B AI communications company. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and create content that helps businesses understand and trust AI-powered communication tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and execute the content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market. - Write and manage website, landing page, and performance marketing copy in German. - Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social channels. - Plan and deliver organic content strategies across social platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content. - Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging. - Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing. - Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment, ideally in AI or voice technology. - Native German proficiency with excellent marketing writing skills, plus fluent English. - Experience with performance marketing, conversion-focused copy, and scripting paid video and social ads. - Experience developing organic social content strategies and applying SEO best practices. - An analytical, experimental approach, including experience with A/B testing and user research. - Experience collaborating with creators, customers, and influencers, and shaping product positioning and go-to-market messaging. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
