Technical Solution Enablement Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in Germany. The Technical Solution Enablement Lead will develop and lead technical training programs that empower internal field teams and external partners to deliver successful enterprise software implementations. This role bridges solution strategy, technical delivery, and learning, ensuring teams have the practical knowledge and resources needed to design, deploy, and support complex solutions consistently. Working closely with engineering, product, professional services, and instructional design teams, the successful candidate will transform technical capabilities into actionable learning paths, implementation guides, hands-on labs, and certifications. The position also plays a critical role in strengthening partner readiness, improving deployment quality, and accelerating time to value for customers. Through ongoing collaboration with field teams and live project engagement, the Lead will identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve enablement programs. This is a fully remote opportunity with international collaboration across North America and Europe and occasional travel for key business and training events.
