Head of Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Growth based in Germany. As Head of Growth – Europe, you will own the complete DTC and Shopify growth engine across key European markets, with direct accountability for profitable revenue growth. You will combine performance marketing, creative strategy, landing-page optimization, offer development, and rigorous experimentation to build a scalable growth system. This is a highly hands-on role for a builder who is comfortable running campaigns, creating and testing assets, analyzing performance, and making rapid decisions. You will have full ownership of the European DTC growth P&L and the commercial levers that influence acquisition, conversion, retention, and contribution margin. You will work closely with operations, creative production, email/SMS, and wholesale teams while maintaining clear ownership of the growth agenda. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build a small, high-performing team or network of specialist talent around the growth engine. This is a remote opportunity with significant autonomy, a fast pace of experimentation, and the scope to shape European expansion from the ground up.
