CTO/technical Co-Founder

Looking for a CTO / Technical co-founder for iFLT At iFLT we build room technology that responds to the physiological state of the people in it. Our first device is running: a wall object that couples to wearables and, when someone is under stress, guides breathing through light. A German patent application is filed, a field pilot starts this winter, and research partners are in conversation. Next, iFLT connects to the technology already in the room - smart-home systems and building automation. What you would own: → The device: firmware, BLE wearable integration, OTA and device security → The signal logic: personal baselines, trigger logic, learning across sessions → Integration: Matter/Thread, Home Assistant and vendor APIs; later KNX, BACnet or Modbus; a cloud API for partners → Technical roadmap, architecture, and the external developers we work with You bring: → Several years of embedded / IoT product experience (ESP32 or similar), shipped to real users → Hands-on with smart-home or building-automation protocols → Comfort with sensor and time-series data; experience with physiological signals is a plus → You want to build a company, not just a product – and you can do so without depending on a salary from it in the first phase What I bring: an architecture and sustainability background (DGNB, BREEAM), access to real-estate operators and research partners, and the commercial side of the business.
