Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Own the product experience from user flows and interaction design through production frontend implementation. You will work closely with company leadership, customers, and backend engineers to create clear, polished interfaces for operators using AI agents to complete real-world work. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take product ideas from sketches through user flows, prototypes, and production interfaces. - Design and build intuitive experiences that make complex workflows easier to understand and act on. - Explore interaction patterns that make AI agents useful, understandable, and trustworthy. - Develop reusable components and design system patterns that support consistent, faster product development. - Speak with customers, test prototypes, and iterate based on feedback. - Partner with backend engineers to bring designed experiences into production. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of product design or design engineering experience, or exceptional early-career work demonstrating strong product taste and shipping ability. - Experience owning user flows and interface decisions, not only implementing designs. - Production React and TypeScript skills, with the ability to independently build the interfaces you design. - A portfolio showing products you personally took from idea to production, including how you balanced speed and craft as priorities changed. - Ability to explain the business logic behind designed workflows, such as how an operational handoff works. - Strong systems thinking, initiative, and interest in exploring AI agent experiences. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in New York, New York, United States.
