The role covers community management, translation, local campaigns, and occasional offline events across Europe. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Build, grow, and manage the Italian-speaking user community on Telegram, Twitter/X, and other social platforms - Provide frontline support for Italian-speaking users, answering questions and resolving issues - Translate official announcements, articles, and marketing materials from English to Italian - Organize local online campaigns, AMAs, contests, and user engagement activities - Monitor community sentiment and report user feedback and market insights to product and marketing teams - Build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and communities in the Italian-speaking crypto space - Support offline events and exhibitions across Europe, including on-site engagement and local market support when needed 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Native or fluent in Italian; fluent in English - Good knowledge of and passion for cryptocurrency and Web3 - 1+ year managing online communities, preferably in Web3, crypto, or fintech - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently remotely - Willingness to support offline events and exhibitions across Europe when needed 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, or DeFi platforms - Familiarity with Italian-speaking crypto communities, KOLs, and influencers - Experience organizing online campaigns, community events, or engagement activities - Previous experience supporting offline events, conferences, or exhibitions 📩 To apply: Email: moira.su@weexglobal.com.
