Publications and Scientific Communications Lead

Lead publication strategy and scientific communications across a portfolio of products and disease areas. This role combines strategic planning, scientific writing, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide the development of manuscripts, congress abstracts, posters, presentations, and other scientific materials. The position involves close collaboration with medical affairs, drug development, drug discovery, external authors, and scientific partners. You will also oversee external agencies and freelancers while ensuring projects meet quality, compliance, and publication standards. Success requires strong scientific judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent timelines.
