Application Development Team Manager

The Application Development Team Manager will lead distributed software engineering teams responsible for delivering, modernizing, and maintaining secure, scalable applications across legacy and cloud-native environments. This leadership role combines technical expertise, agile delivery management, and people development to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and contractual objectives. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle while driving DevSecOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud operations across technologies such as Java, React, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes. A key focus will be enabling responsible AI-assisted software development to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. Working closely with architects, product owners, security specialists, customers, and infrastructure teams, you will foster collaboration and ensure alignment with mission-critical requirements.
