Client - The company is a larger corporate engaged in bitcoin mining Job Responsibilities: - Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence. - Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and valuation. - Risk Management: Assess and manage investment risks, ensuring thorough risk analysis and mitigation strategies. - Post-Investment Management: Oversee the performance of acquired assets and investments, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives. - Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to junior team members, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
