Fraud & Disputes Intern

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fraud & Disputes Intern based in Brazil. This paid internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fraud prevention, transaction disputes, risk analysis, and fintech operations. You’ll investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and help determine the appropriate resolution for each case. Working alongside fraud, disputes, operations, data, and engineering teams, you’ll use internal tools, policies, and data to identify patterns and make informed decisions. The role combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, customer impact, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also contribute ideas for improving processes, tools, and loss-prevention mechanisms as you develop your expertise in fraud and payments.
