Job Description
As a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE), you work on the development of complex electrical and multidisciplinary systems for advanced high-tech machines. You use model-based engineering to translate system requirements into clear architectures, interfaces, and system models.
You work across multiple engineering disciplines and help structure complex system development from requirements and architecture through integration and validation.
What will you do?
- Develop system architectures and models for complex high-tech machines
- Translate functional and technical requirements into system designs
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering throughout the development process
- Define system functions, interfaces, and dependencies between subsystems
- Model electrical and multidisciplinary system behavior
- Maintain consistency and traceability between requirements, architecture, models, and verification
- Support technical decisions through system-level analysis and modelling
- Contribute to system integration, verification, and validation
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, control, and system engineers
Your profile
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
- Experience with systems engineering or model-based engineering
- Understanding of system architectures, requirements, and interfaces
- Strong technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems
- Able to translate complex technical requirements into structured system solutions
