Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Special

Our partner is looking for a Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist based in the United States. About the Role The Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the delivery of evidence-based youth development programs through training, coaching, and technical assistance. This position supports facilitators, program teams, and community partners in implementing high-quality, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices. You will lead training initiatives, develop practical resources, and help teams translate program models into consistent, effective services. Working closely with program leadership and implementation partners, you will monitor program fidelity, assess training needs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The role combines subject matter expertise, relationship-building, and hands-on implementation support to enhance program quality and outcomes for children, youth, and families. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a collaborative professional passionate about youth development, capacity-building, and community impact.
