Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations

Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced, PMP-certified Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution across new product development and integrated marketing initiatives. This high-impact role is responsible for transforming concepts into successful launches while ensuring accuracy, alignment, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Operations, and Supply Chain, as well as external vendors and partners. From product formulation and packaging to campaign delivery and retail activations, you will establish clear processes, manage critical timelines, and proactively address risks.
