Senior Solutions Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in United States. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of a sophisticated technical interviewing platform. You’ll bridge technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and customer partnership across the full client lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization. Working closely with engineering, content, data, and go-to-market teams, you’ll design solutions that align technical capabilities with complex hiring objectives. You’ll analyze performance data, calibrate assessment approaches, and translate insights into recommendations that improve hiring outcomes. The role combines hands-on solution design with executive-level engagement, requiring you to build trust with technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers. You’ll also contribute to improving internal customer operations and identifying innovative ways to create additional value for enterprise clients. This is a fully remote opportunity with up to 20% travel for strategic client meetings and industry events.
