Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

Due to the growing number of projects and applications on Azure Cloud, we're expanding our SRE team. What You Will Do - Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure and services, leveraging our internal products - Coordinate, provide feedback, and contribute to improving and enhancing our internal products - Provide guidance, support, and troubleshooting to developers for application deployment and connectivity - Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization - Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews - Continuously collaborate with teams to improve services and components as use cases grow more complex What You Bring & Who You Are - A university degree, technical college background, or vocational training, along with 6+ years of experience on medium to large IT infrastructure projects - 4+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience with Azure Cloud, including hybrid cloud architectures - Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS) and a solid understanding of modern software architecture and design - Strong expertise in configuring Azure Services with Terraform, particularly Network, Application Gateway, API Management, and AKS - Working knowledge of Windows server and database administration, Jenkins, Octopus, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) - Experience collaborating with nearshore or offshore teams, with a DevOps mindset and a proactive, analytical approach - Advanced English (C1) is required; a good level of Spanish is an advantage, and German is a plus - Ideally, you hold industry certifications in Azure, Terraform, or Kubernetes Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we look forward to your application About the team: You'll join a collaborative, DevOps-minded team that thrives on tackling complex technical challenges together.
