Senior Workday Integration Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Workday Integration Engineer based in Brazil. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on building and supporting a modern Workday integration environment within a complex healthcare setting. You will take ownership of integrations across Workday HCM and Payroll and a broad ecosystem of enterprise and third-party platforms. The role spans the full integration lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing, go-live, stabilization, and production support. You will work closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver reliable solutions. A key focus will be establishing scalable integration standards, documentation, monitoring, and support practices for long-term sustainability. The position offers significant influence over integration architecture, security, performance, and engineering best practices. Travel will be required for key project milestones and go-live events.
