Mid Machine Learning Engineer

mSensis is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Thessaloniki and contribute to the development of innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions. Responsibilities - Design, develop and optimize Machine Learning models and algorithms - Prepare, process and analyze data for ML applications - Train, evaluate and fine-tune models to improve performance - Work with real-world datasets and contribute to end-to-end ML pipelines - Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists and other technical teams - Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices Requirements - 2–4 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI or a related field - Strong programming skills in Python - Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms and model evaluation - Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch - Experience with data processing and analysis using tools such as Pandas and NumPy - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Nice to Have - Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI - Familiarity with NLP, embeddings, vector databases or RAG architectures - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP - Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and CI/CD practices
