(Outbound and Inbound) - Listen to someone’s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford. - Walk them through their options and set up a plan that works. - Document conversations accurately. - Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work — a major focus of your first four weeks, and we train you on all of it. - Work on camera for your entire shift Some calls are easy. What We're Looking For - High school diploma or GED. - You can hold a clear, confident conversation with a stranger. - Comfortable with basic math — mostly percentages. - Reliable high-speed internet. - Fluent in Spanish?That’s a plus!
