WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGES BE? - Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across advanced bare-metal hardware, Linux operating systems, and networking environments. - Analyzing installation logs, OS-level metrics, and orchestration environments to identify the root causes of AI cluster deployment failures. - Collaborating with hardware engineering teams to escalate and resolve hardware-related issues (e.g., BIOS, BMC, PCIe, and network switches). - Monitoring and troubleshooting failures in automated CI/CD processes. - Coordinating the work of a shift-based team and communicating with global technical leads. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? - Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills (minimum 4-5 years of experience). - Knowledge of IP networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching (minimum 4-5 years of experience). - Hardware/Firmware troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of bare-metal servers, BIOS, and BMC systems. - Strong analytical skills, including ticket handling and analysis of system and installation logs. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher. - Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). - Scripting skills in Bash / Python. - Experience with network-based server deployment (PXE/netboot).
