Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live - Build implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies - Ensure projects are delivered: - on time - within scope - Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues Data Migration & Integrations - Manage data migration projects from legacy systems - Validate and ensure data accuracy and completeness - Coordinate system integrations and API workflows - Support platform connectivity and operational syncing across systems - Identify and resolve migration or integration risks proactively Training, Adoption & Client Enablement - Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training - Create adoption plans and rollout strategies - Develop: - SOPs - implementation documentation - training guides - configuration manuals - Ensure clients are fully enabled and confident post-launch Project Management & Delivery - Maintain project trackers, timelines, and implementation dashboards - Communicate implementation progress clearly to stakeholders - Monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies - Coordinate: - internal teams -
